Our founder, Jennifer Irwin-Persson, draws on over two decades of experience spanning legal, governance and executive management roles — including serving as General Counsel, Company Secretary and General Manager for manufacturing and industrial businesses. She is also an Industry Fellow at Monash Business School teaching the next generation of executives in the MBA how to navigate the latest developments in strategic management practices, governance practices, data, analytics and AI. Jennifer’s deep understanding of how strategy, law and operations intersect allows her to offer practical, commercially minded solutions that align with each client’s individual goals.
